• All feedback provided in the course of the survey will be collected by Market Force Information, Inc and then distributed to local ZPizza managers

When providing the feedback be sure to have the following information on hand: ZPizza location phone number, date of visit, and order ticket number.  The ZPizza survey will take about 5 minutes to complete and customers should receive a promotional coupon in return for their efforts in the form of a FREE small pizza voucher.
