• Value Village invites customers to visit this website after a recent in store experience to provide feedback regarding your specific experience while shopping in store
• Customers who complete the survey are eligible to receive two dollars off their next Value Village purchase of at least five dollars – your code will be required to redeem
• There are two different survey available depending on what your experience was – there is a survey available for shoppers as well as a survey available for individuals who made donations
• If you received a donor receipt you can select the donor receipt survey to begin the process, otherwise, select the customer receipt to begin the survey process for in store shopping experiences

Value Village is a resale store which provides customers with opportunities to score great deals on gently used clothing items.  Resale stores are becoming very popular as fashion trends have continued to become very homogeneous and individuals seeking to be unique are looking at clothing options outside of the mainstream clothing retailers.  The resale of clothing is an opportunity to save money as well as make a unique fashion statement with items which can be found almost nowhere else.

If you have recently donated or made a purchase/return at a Value Village location you should hold on to your receipt if you plan to take the survey because the survey code found on your receipt will be required to initiate the survey process.

Additional Information about Value Village Survey:

• If you made a purchase or return you will need to provide the 16 survey code – for donor receipts simply provide the four digit survey code and date of donation
• Surveys must be completed within 7 days of your purchase in order to complete the feedback
• Once you have completed the survey you will be provided with your discount code which can be used at your next visit
