You can submit your claim online at www.texasfarmerssettlement.com using their online claim submission form. While claim forms were mailed to all known claim parties, it is common for these items to be misplaced or even more common is that they never had your contact information in the first place. This online form allows you to submit the necessary information to see if you are eligible to be part of this settlement.
In addition to sharing credit information, this claim also encompasses increased homeowners premiums to policyholders with the HO-A form and the removal of a homeowners policy without proper notice to policyholders with the HO-B form. Please review your records to see if you may be part of this lawsuit. People who fall under this part of the claim class with likely be eligible for premium reimbursement or reduction if you are a current policyholder.
