Target Breach Settlement
The case will be heard in the District Court of Minnesota and is thought to effect over 40 million consumers. Anyone who used a credit and debit card between the dates of Nov. 27 and Dec. 18, 2013 while shopping at a Target store may be considered a class members of this lawsuit. Many experts in the industry expect this decision to cost hundreds of millions of dollars in lost sales and future customer visits due to this breach.
