And to help ensure the quality of their food and service, Bojangles’ is now giving valued customers the opportunity to offer their feedback quickly and easily through their online form. Those who do fill out the Guest Satisfaction Survey are eligible to redeem the offer printed on their survey invitation. All customer feedback is totally candid and will not be made public.

- Bojangles’ customer number (found at the top of the receipt)
- Bojangles’ check number (found on the left hand side of the receipt below the store number
The Survey will prompt customers to enter their overall level of satisfaction with their Bojangles’ experience. They can rate based on a number of criteria, from food taste and order accuracy to restaurant cleanliness and variety of menu items. All questions are geared towards helping Bojangles’ improve their customer experience for the future. Once completed, survey takers will be given a code to redeem their Bojangles’ offer.
