- The promotion started on July 22, 2015 and is set to wrap up on August 12, 2015
- Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the US (residents in the states of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age)

The promotion is sponsored by Nestle Purina PetCare Company and contestants are allowed to enter once a day (Nestle is based at Checkerboard Square, St. Louis, MO, 63164). In order to participate in the Pure Love For Pets promotion the contestant is required to provide a valid email address.
