Pet Smart Grooming Survey

• Take a short survey related to a visit to the most popular place on earth (for pet owners) Pet Smart
• The survey will only take a few minutes to complete
• Once all feedback has been provided by the PetSmart customer they will be provided a validation code
• This coupon validation code can be used on a future visit to PetSmart

All information collected in the feedback will be sent to the Pet Smart in which the grooming took place and the feedback is collected by the Service Management Group.  The customer’s information will only be used to increase the quality of the grooming service at Pet Smart and will NEVER be marketed or sold to a third-party.

What is need to take the Pet Smart Grooming Survey?

• The 16 digit code from the Pet Smart receipt
• Internet access (this survey cannot be taken by phone or mail)
• The ability to answer a few short questions in regards to the Grooming Experience

Pet Smart does have some competition but for the most part has the pet supply market on lock down.  Most of the firms competition comes from companies that are not fully dedicated to the Pet Supply market such as Target, Wal-Mart and Amazon.  Pet Smart was founded in 1986 and as a local warehouse for cheap pet owners in the Valley of the Sun (aka Phoenix).
