In order to enter the Publishers Clearing House contestant will be required to provide their name, email address, street address and zip code.  This PCH Sweepstakes promotion is considered Giveaway No. 4651 and entries submitted after 6/23 will be deemed invalid.

• Prize Numbers issued from 4/21/15 through 6/23/15 will also be fully eligible to win a guaranteed $1 Million SuperPrize on June 30, 2015 in a Second Chance Drawing if the matching winning number for this Special Early Look Dream Life Prize is not returned or is ineligible
• Publishers Clearing House DOES NOT AND WILL NOT ever require the contestant to make a purchase in order to enter the promotions
• The odds of winning this bird are listed as 1 in 1,700,000,000
• The SuperPrize drawing will take place on 6/30/15
• Additional (offline entries) can be submitted by writing to: 101 Winners Circle, Port Washington, NY 11053-4016 (limit one entry per mailing)
• When needed a Board of Judges will review any prizes in questions
• Anyone found to be violating any of the PCR rules will be disqualified from the promotion and any further sweepstakes
• All cash payments are subject to taxes by Uncle Sam
