Old Orleans Experience

• Take a short survey related to an Old Orleans meal
• In return for the valuable marketing information the customers will be entered into a prize draw for  USD$1,000, CAD$1,000, £1,000, or 1,000 Euros (depending on where the customer resides as the drawing is combined with other survey promotions associated with the Empathica survey company)
• The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete
• A valid email address is required to enter the draw
• All information gathered in the Old Orleans survey will be distributed to local managers and will be used to increase production and quality
