- National Geographic Kids magazine App downloads to Newsstand, which has its own icon on the iOS desktop (this features comes with an extra cost)
- iPads will only allow the customer to download 6 issues at any given time

For consumers who are unhappy with the Nat Geo magazine content or simply are bored with the content can cancel their subscription by calling 800-NGS-LINE (1-800-647-5463). Any damaged magazines can be replaced but customers should expect to allow between 3-6 weeks for the US and Canada and 8-12 weeks for international customers for replacement magazines to arrive.
