How to take the Moe’s Satisfaction Survey

- Locate the store number on the bottom of your customer receipt
- Enter it in the text box and click “Next”
- Answer the Moe’s survey questions when prompted
- Write the validation code you receive at the end of the survey on your receipt and use it to redeem the offer next time you eat at Moe’s
