Members of the class can file to be part of the claim which includes a Settlement Fund of $7,500,00.  The ruling also insures that consent must be obtained in the future before any subscription information may be shared with a third party.  At this time, it is estimated the claim will result in approximately a $100 settlement per member of the class action lawsuit.
