Besides the 7 digit LL Bean survey code the customer must also have the 2 to 4 digit store number along with the date of purchase. Please note that 2 (or 4) digit LL Bean store number can be located below the bar code on the receipt. Customers will be asked a variety of questions related to their shopping experience at LL Bean AND will be asked to provide their gender, age range and how often they shop at this popular American retail company.
