For over 30 years, JD Sports has been the UK’s go-to spot for sports accessories, shoes and clothing. During this time JD Sports has grown across the UK and Ireland, and now boasts multiple locations throughout the country. But this period of sustained growth would not have been possible without the help of JD Sports valued customers—and the retail giant is well aware of this fact. That’s why they are now inviting their customers to participate in an online survey that will only take up a few minutes of their precious time. Those who do offer their feedback will be automatically entered to win a 100-pound gift card redeemable at any JD Sports location.
How to take the JD Sports survey online
- Visit the promotional page (see below)
- Enter the store location number as it appears on your JD Sports receipt
- Click the “Take Part” button
- Answer the JD Sports survey questions as they are asked
- Provide your name and email address at the end of the survey
All personal data collected by the survey is used for the express purpose of entering the survey participant in the gift card drawing. A 100-pound gift card will be awarded at random once per month during the survey cycle. The drawing will occur five days from the last day of the previous month’s cycle, and the winner will be notified by phone or email contact. The limit is one entry per person per survey.
