Hornbacher’s has been serving the grocery needs of citizens of North Dakota and Minnesota since 1951. This supermarket chain is always looking to improve their service in any way they can, and now they want their customers’ help. Those who do partake in a quick online customer satisfaction survey will enter a weekly drawing with a payout of $100. Purchase is necessary to enter the contest, as participants must input a code found on their customer receipt in order to be considered.
How to participate in the $100 Hornbacher’s Survey
- Log onto www.hornbacherslistens.com
- Click the Begin Survey tab and enter the 16-digit code found on your Hornbacher’s receipt
- Answer the survey questions to help Hornbacher’s better improve their customer service and product quality
- Once the survey is completed, your name will be entered for the chance to win a $100 weekly prize
- Survey can be taken in either English or Spanish
The sweepstakes is limited to North Dakota and Minnesota residents 18 years of age or older. Entry limit per person is one a week, and the drawing for the Sweepstakes prize will be held every Monday during the sweepstakes period. Winners will receive their $100 between six and eight weeks from the time of the prize drawing.
