Those who do take the time to complete it will not only do their part to let Hometown Pet know what they’re doing right, they will also be entered to win a Sweepstakes prize of $2,500.

How to take the Hometown Pet Customer Satisfaction Survey

Visit the promotional website (see below)
Enter the ticket number as seen on the left side of your customer receipt
Enter the date and time of your last Hometown Pet visit, as seen on the right side of the receipt
Enter the store number
Enter the register number
Click “Start” and complete the survey

Once the survey is completed, participants will automatically be entered into the Tractor Supply Company/Del’s Store/Hometown Pet Customer Satisfaction Survey. That’s right, those who win the Grand Prize will receive a $2,500 gift card valid at any Tractor Supply Company/Del’s Store/Hometown Pet. Random drawings will decide a total of 12 Grand Prize winners, and the deadline to enter is 12/31/15.
