• A Giant Foods employee must have their SAM signon User ID and password in order to access their account which is linked to their specific benefits and services

Giant Food Store employees who do not have a user ID can easily obtain one via the link under Ahold USA associates… they will have to provide their SSN, birth date as well as last name including suffix.  Once this personal information has been provided they can proceed with the account set up which includes selecting a password unique to your account which should not be shared with anoyone.  It is also required that a full log off procedure is taken – leaving  your account logged in allows the potential of innapropriate access by someone other than the employee who holds the account.  Employees can select to review your questions and answers for self help, select for password assistance, or manage your user ID and password.  In order to update any changes to your account you will first need to log in.
