HealthFirst Bill Payment:

• Health First customers can visit the main payment page to explore options they can use to pay their bills that they owe for health care plans they have with Health First
• Premiums can be paid using a variety of methods and types of payments – types of payments accepted for online payments include credit cards, debit cards, or checking account
• If you have multiple invoices or transactions you need to make payment for  you will need to pay each account separately when you are paying your Health First Bills
• You will need your Account Number or your Market Place ID in order to access your bill – this information will need to be entered before payment can be issued

Healthfirst bill payments can be conveniently made online by visiting the payment webpage.  Customers will need to navigate to the pay online link (other options are available which will be discussed shortly).  Once you are on the payment page for online payment you will need to provide the account subscriber information including first and last name, the last 4 digits of your social security number, your account number or market place ID, your plan name, and your amount of payment.  Once you enter this information you will then be sent to the payment options page where you can select what payment option you would like to use to make your premium payment with Healthfirst.

Additional Notes About Healthfirst Bill Payment:

• Payments can also be made by mail – checks or money order can be sent to the address which is available when you select the pay by mail option
• Payments can be made in person by visiting a Healthfirst Community Center – it is important to remember that you cannot pay by cash with any method
• Payments can be made by phone by selecting the pay by phone option and calling the number associated with the plan your have
