• Both cards will earn 3 points for every dollar spent at Forever 21 and double point events are available at certain times throughout the year – The Visa Card will earn additional 2 points for all restaurant purchases and 1 point for all other purchases
• The Forever 21 Credit options are managed by Comenity Bank and you can log in using an online account to manage your credit card, make payments, and view your transactions

If you have a Forever 21 Credit Card (store card or Visa Card) you can create an online account to manage your card once you have verified your identity and card details.  Cardholders will be required to provide their full card account number, their zip code, and the last 4 digits of their credit card to complete the verification process but once verified you will then be able to log in using your login credentials to access and manage your account 24/7.
