To enter contestants must be a legal resident of the United States (all 50 states are eligible) and 18 years of age or older.  It should be noted that if the winner is under the age of 21 they will be required to bring a person over the age of 21 on the trip to New York City.

• Contestants are limited to one entry per day regardless of how many Nestle Crunch bars they eat that day
• A total of 2,238 instant win prizes will be randomly generated
• To enter with purchase please enter the UPC code found on eligible Nestle products (see list below) and enter the code on the Nestle Crunch and The Peanuts Movie Promotional web page
• The grand prize trip to NYC winner will be notified by email or telephone
• Instant win prizes associated with the Crunch and Peanuts promo may take up to 10 weeks to be delivered
