Coast Mountain Survey

• Win a gift card to Coast Mountain simply for taking a survey
• The gift card will have a value of $500 and can be used at any Coast Mountain Sports location
• Odds of winning the card depend on how many people take the Coast Mountain Survey during the given promotional period
• Customers will have only 20 minutes to provide their feedback in relation to their Coats Mountain shopping experience
• The survey can also be taken over the phone by calling the number found on the bottom of the Coast Mountain Sports receipt

Please note to begin the Coast Mountain Sports Customer Feedback the user will need the survey code from their receipt.  To be eligible to win the gift card the person taking the survey is required to be a a legal resident of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) and have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside at the time of entry.

What are the bothersome rules associated with the Coast Mountain Gift Card survey sweepstakes?

• Sport Chek / Atmosphere / Hockey Experts are ALL owned and operated by FGL Sports Ltd. (the sponsor)
• Customers can enter the sweepstakes without purchase
• Entry via mail is limited to one per mailing
• Mailed entry requests must be received within the Contest Period and will be entered in the draw for the calendar month in which they are received and are not eligible for future months’ draws
• Failure to abide by any of the rules associated with the Coast MT survey promotion will result in disqualification of the contestant
• Two gift cards will be given away each month
