American Express Request My Refund

• Request a refund online for an existing or closed AMEX account
• Some consumers may be due refunds for both a closed and an existing account
• All refund request MUST be made by August 31, 2015
• American Express does not plan on extending the deadline date
• A AMEX User ID will be needed for active accounts

Any questions about the refund or the site can be directed to an American Express customer care agent at 1-866-403-6560 Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  The AMEX Refund service was created due to a technical glitch (or so they claim) that caused certain AMEX travel customers to be overcharged.
